How are my API keys stored?
Keys are encrypted and used only to execute your instructions. You can revoke them anytime from your exchange.
How do I cancel my subscription or delete my account/data?
From Settings→ Billing to manage your plan to delete your account/data, contact
support@coinquant.ai or use the in-app support chat.
The AI misunderstood my idea what should I do?
Use Edit or refine your strategy to clarify or directly tweak the Entry/Exit blocks in Validate your strategy.
Can I export my backtest results?
Yes. Use Download Data on the results page to export metrics and logs.
Which indicators and operators are supported?
The builder supports popular indicators (e.g., RSI, MACD, EMA/SMA, Bollinger, RVI, Keltner, Donchian, etc.) and operators like above/below, crosses above/below. You can edit exact parameters in the Validate your strategy panel.
What markets and timeframes can I backtest?
You can choose from supported pairs on Binance and timeframes like 1m, 5m, 1h, 4h, 1d. Availability depends on the pair and data coverage.
Can I run multiple bots at once?
Yes! Depending on your subscription plan, you can run several bots simultaneously to diversify your strategies.
Can CoinQuant withdraw my money?
No. Your funds always stay in your own exchange account. CoinQuant only uses your API keys to execute trades — and we never request withdrawal access.
Which exchanges are supported?
CoinQuant supports Binance as an exchange platform, with more integrations coming soon.
Can I test my strategy before risking real money?
